What courier company do you ship with?
All orders are shipped using New Zealand Post.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer international shipping. We’ve been incredibly grateful for the support from our international community and want to avoid charging high shipping fees. As we continue to grow, we hope to offer international delivery in the future. However, if you're still interested in our garments, please feel free to reach out to us at contact@appleandsuns.com — we'd love to help!

What size should I order?
All of our items are in men's sizing unless otherwise stated. Our t-shirts are oversized, so we recommend sizing down as they tend to be larger and boxier. (Please see our sizing and dimensions information listed with each product.)

How should I wash my items?
All of our t-shirts are shrink free. However, we recommend washing all your items separately for the first few washes, and then with like colours thereafter. We recommend washing the hats by hand in the sink or in a bucket with cool or warm water and a few drops of detergent. Let it soak for 15-30 minutes, then rinse and air dry to preserve the hat as much as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If there are any defects or issues, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. To process a return, please email contact@appleandsuns.com with your full name, order number, and any other relevant information. Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Can I modify an order once I’ve placed it?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to modify your order once it's placed. Please email contact@appleandsuns.com and we will try to assist you.

How long will it take to receive my order
We process and pack all orders in-house. Once processed, New Zealand orders typically take 3–5 business days to arrive, while Australian orders can take 3–10 business days. Rural or regional areas may take longer. Please note that delivery times may be affected by delays from our shipping provider, NZ Post, which are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to get your garments to you as quickly as possible!
