Shipping policy

All our items are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. 

Delivery Timeframes

Your order will be sent out 2 business days after your order. Please then allow the additional days for the shipping to take place. 

New Zealand

Expected delivery within 1 - 3 days.

Please allow an extra day for rural and South Island addresses.

Please note, if your address is in a rural area and you opt for the standard postage option, you will receive an email requesting payment for the additional postage cost before the book is sent. This may result in a delay in your shipping timeframe.

Australia

Expected delivery within 3-10 working days.

Please allow an extra day for rural addresses.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Once the courier has picked up your order from us, you'll be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel. 

Please note for international orders, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates

Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

If by chance you have not received your order sent within 2 weeks after you placed your order, please contact us immediately via email and we will follow this up for you with our courier company and help to resolve any issues ASAP.
