Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. However, returns for store credit are accepted, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
How do I return my order?
To return an item, ensure it is in its original condition—unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged. Please email your order number and reason for return to contact@appleandsuns.com. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to process your return.
What is the return window?
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted after this period.
What if my product is faulty?
If your item is faulty, please email us a photo, and we will offer a full refund or exchange.
I ordered the wrong size, what can I do?
If you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange it for the correct size or opt for store credit.
